Refund Policy

Player Eligibility:

  • The organiser ackowledges that all players must be 15 years and over as of the day of the session.
  • Players under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign their waiver form. Waiver forms can be downloaded here
  • Players MUST NOT be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Alcohol and drugs are NOT permitted at the venue.
  • Players MUST NOT be a prohibited person (DVO, firearm, drug or any violent offence)
  • Players MUST arrive by the time the session safety briefing has begun or they WILL miss out on their session.

Postpone a Booking:

  • A minimum of 48 hours prior to your session is required to postpone a booking.
  • A session may then be rescheduled up to 12 months following the booking.

Cancel a Booking:

  • A minimum of 7 days prior to your session is required to cancel a booking.
  • A 10% processing fee to cover transaction costs will apply to all refunds.

Player No Shows:

  • Players that do not show up or change their mind about playing will forfeit their deposit.
  • If the player had pre-paid their package the balance can be redeemed for addional paintballs.
  • A minimum of 6 players must play for a session to go ahead.

Extreme Weather:

  • Sessions may be postponed or cancelled due to extreme weather up to 1 hour prior to session start time.
  • Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to unforseen extreme weather or other circumstances.
  • Extreme weather is considered to be;
    • Torrential rain – Extremely heavy rainfall. characterised by a large volume of water falling very rapidly.
    • Gale force winds – Sustained strong surface wind moving at speeds of 63+ km/h. 
    • Stifling – Dry sunny days with little to no wind and temperatures of 38+ degrees.
    • Oppresive – 65% humidity combined with 31+ degree temperatures.

 

All Valhalla Paintball refund, cancellation, rescheduling and exchange policies comply with Australia Consumer Law (ACL) and (Australian Competition & Consume Commission) ACCC guidelines.
